Weekend and 3 day workshops
These are run at Metcalfe. They are opportunities to down regulate, connect and consider topics including: attachment, boundaries, couple work, parenting and well-being. 3 day workshops allow participants to stay onsite and deepen into these replenishing explorations.
About Sky
Sky's work is informed by neuroscience, polyvagal theory, Gestalt psychotherapy, Internal family systems (IFS), Emotion Focused Therapy, Gottman Relationship Therapy, The developmental model of relationship, Creative Arts Modalities, Breathwork, Somatic Psychotherapy, Sand tray, Dramatherapy and others.
