

Sky Lilly is a psychotherapist, counsellor, teacher and group facilitator with 20 years’ experience working in mental health, education and the private and community sectors.
Sky is a warm and compassionate psychotherapist who supports growth and healing in her clients. She draws on scientific foundations, evidence, and a wide range of theoretical frameworks on which to base her work.
Sky is a Family Relationships Practitioner offering counselling and parenting consults. Sky also facilitates parenting groups on Post Separated Parents, Tuning in to Teens, Kids and Worry, and Kids and Anger among others.
As a facilitator, Sky develops personal capacity in corporate, community, disability, mental health, at-risk youth groups, and in education settings.
Sky is a registered teacher and Mental Health Educator. She has worked for Victoria Police, providing workplace training and education programs across the serving and public service work areas. Programs included conflict, communication, mental health at work, using the EAP, PTSD, stress, anxiety, and cadet training at the academy.

Consultation Space
Sky offers both on and off-site consultations. Sky’s consultation spaces include a therapy room and barn facilitation venue located in picturesque bushland in Central Victoria. It is an 8-minute drive from Taradale or Malmsbury exits on the Calder Freeway. Sky offers Zoom and phone consults.
